They know what they're doing. Two movies on Egypt are coming out next year. Gods of Egypt, Exodus. Entire white casts on both films. Christian Bale, Gerald Butler, Sigourney Weaver, Jesse from Breaking Bad :dead: Even if you argue about whether Egypt was black or arab, it wasn't fukking white.

:snoop:

White people just love to put their hands in shyt that they don't belong in. This is why we continue to have cac and non-whites arguing that Ancient Egyptians weren't black and they will stare dead at your face and call that boldface lie, even if they know it's false.

They don't want black people to have pride for themselves. Along with casting white actors for Black and Asian roles to suit their own white-supremacist interests, and if they don't white-establishment will deemed it a stereotypical "Black movie" or a "kung-fu" flick, which won't raise as much money as a white-dominated movie.

If I was a white man, I wouldn't even feel right acting in a movie about Egypt.
But that white man will truly and erroneous believe that AE was a white civilization. Ask any white person what race the Ancient Egyptians were, and they will tell you that they were anything but black. These people in charge don't care about facts and logic, only white supremacy.

They are too damn stupid to think otherwise.

How many people would support a movie about the Egyptians from Tyler Perry's studio?

He is one of the most powerful men in Hollywood. I personally don't like him as a person but he is a card that more of us should be using to gain a voice in the industry, instead we argue over his morality and such.
Powerful???

Tyler Perry doesnt even remotely have the artistic knowhow to fund a major project like that. Not just Egypt either. He could fund a film about Mansa Musa and a I bet you that 80% of Americans don't know who that was. Also it takes research and historical intelligence to fund a historical drama like that, a black version of Game of Thrones set in Mali, but nikkas just don't have that right now, so we will settle with the next Tyler Perry buffoonery garbage.

Interesting notion but I think you might be on to something. I wonder how many blacks would be able to digest a sci fi movie with an predominately black cast. It's sad but we've come to associate black movies with anything that involves racism, slavery, life in the hood, or a struggling relationship. How different would our self-perspective be if we depicted ourselves as an autonomous people making our own decisions. Movies are a lot more powerful then we tend to think they are.

Movies, television, music and media in general give one his view of the world. But this isn't often the ever changing reality that happens in the day to day.

Everyone of these is about the legend and legacy of these characters in the past or future. We can't even fathom the effect Superman or Batman has on the psyches of whites, and we have few comparisons of our own. I think blacks would take that same effect and multiply it though, we are craving role models and new direction in our search of identity as individuals and a people. This is evident in today's culture.

I grew up into comics, sci-fi and kung fu flicks. People have been telling me I would do well in creating my own comic or cartoon. :ld:

Norfeast groovin…
They don't realize minorities are bigger consumers than whites. Tyler Perry has proven this. White people are holding on to their fading glory.

All the better for black people fukk beggin the other to help you when they never wanted to, black hollywood need to strengthen connections with Nollywood more than they already have. It's lots of money and opportunity to make those movies that caccywood ain't gon make.

I'm checkin for this director now, if it's anything I love seeing its shook, uncomfortable cacs. :ahh:

I think blacks would support it if it's pushed well. I honestly think they'll just be happy that its a all black cast. We really need to stare away from all these slavery black hero thuggory c00nery hood love stories about baby mommas and independent "strong" black women themes. Y cant we have more serious roles. I respect Steve Mcqueen for his stance on black lead producers/directors. I just dont wanna support his movie. How many slavery movies are we gonna get? Thats about one of the only times where u see a majority of blacks in them. Unless it's a Tyler Perry movie.

yea I think more blacks are beginning to wake up and open thier minds to more possibilities. I'm heavily into sci fi and have written a few short stories. I would really like to start my own book series one day. The thing that has always concerned me is the audience factor and promotion. If I write a novel would there be a large enough margin of black sci fi heads who'll take interest? I'm almost certain black directors ask themselves the same question. If your cast is predominately black it's almost certain whites and other groups won't be checking for it. Which for the most part is to be expected. On the contrary is their a large enough audience of open minded blacks who'll support your work? Is it marketable?

NYC (but PGH will forever be home)
At 41 seconds when he raised his arm up and started rubbing his head you knew he was thinking about dropping the bombshell

:banderas:

We all had this 'moment'.

When we are work or class, and you're trying to calm every angry black bone in your body.

This one is a fav in my industry:

"We need more women on our executive board" {see's 3 white women on the board already, no minorities}

I rub my head, painfully searching for a tactful way of telling them to kiss my black ass:stopitslime:

actually a lot whites dont know what their doing. the hollywood execs do, but the model theyre pushing is has more to do with the SUBCONSCIOUS thoughts of white viewers then firmly held beliefs. Its all theoretical anyways. Im not so sure minority actors hurt profit as much as the industry postulates..

In general, liberal whites kind of play stupid on racial issues... but at the same time its just not something on their minds. they arent knowingly turning a blind eye, it has more to do with the fact that they go by the system unquestionably. As far as racial inequality goes, they'll read one book recommended by Rachel Maddow, & thats that...

Trust me, Ive been in a liberal bubble my whole life

theres no conspiracy when it comes to this shyt... just ignorance, close mindedness and conformity
hollywood exec = code word for jew?
