parents cannot monitor their children 24/7 and kids have a way of figuring their way around parental controls. I know I did. i don't see the issue with the state trying to put the the barrier up tho, at least they are trying something even if it doesn't work.

cigarettes/alcohol are illegal for minors to buy too, it doesn't stop them all from smoking or drinking, but there's nothing wrong with the state dong its due diligence to try and prevent it from happening.

So I looked at the requirements and it didn’t require you to upload a id.

It’s an app in Louisiana called LA wallet which is just your id and at the time your Covid vaxx records

So they just work with them. They direct you to the app and let the app verify if you over the required age.

I and most younger people already have the app so it didn’t make you jump threw any hoops that you already hadn’t done already.
