Things are crazy in my city. A lot of the jobs that are avail. are managerial type jobs, without the title or pay, and almost zero unions. Job responsibilities a mile long, weekly sch. changes, grueling interview process, etc. all to make a whopping $11 an hour or less in alotta cases. So the people that worked hard BOOTSTRAPS BOOTSTRAPS! aren't getting ahead like they DESERVE. It's a republicans wet dream outchea, and our crime stats, while starting to decline a bit, reflect that.

Killing unions and good paying factory jobs was the worst thing to happen in the American Economy. Turning it to a consumer based economy will put us down to third-world status. The only solution is to be in a MLM at this point.

Pretty much. Like someone said in here, the middle class isn't creating jobs anymore, and on top of generation Y graduating college in record numbers, you have a disaster like now with too many (over)qualified people and too few jobs.

So.... I think a great idea would be to fight those issues instead. Fighting for 15 dollar to make milk shakes and fighting against politicians WE voted in is just foolish.

We live in a nation that a 13 year old can kill a person n shoot another, drop outta school, then bounce back and become a successful businessman.
We live in a nation that a girl can get raped to lose her virginity sell the pus for years, start an online business and make 100+k per year.

I know 2 people just like that. Just cuz we live in a place with increased wealth gaps , mass debt, and fake ass trickle down economics that dont work ---- Doesn't mean that we fight over peanuts and for frivolous causes.

more people speaking on BS like this than they are speaking about expensive lackluster education. Our educational system is a joke.. Our prision system is only here to work with big business to keep poor poor... and blacks as pseudo slaves.

This poor shyt isn't in our nature. None of my nikkas are poor. We started off in the worse neighborhood in the nation, period. The fact that all our other nikkas are in prison and most of the teenage youth in detroit have limited futures should be motivation for us to CREATE the Change that we wanna see.

To be honest... if there are 75 million people in that situation complaining... and only 7 or 8 outta that number that are ready for a revolution... then that = accepting our destiny. str8 up.

Can you provide evidence that big chains make communities worse, or that they do not provide better service than mom and pop stores?

I know it sounds good, and that's all liberals need, but i'm not a liberal, and your gonna have to provide some evidence of this, otherwise its just make believe.

Dude there is a whole documentary with walmart execs in it that state when they're moving into a town, they have people to drive around and see which small businesses they will target for destruction. They're goal is to shut down boot strappers. That's not even a secret.

If there's anything I have confidence in- its the American people's ability to fight for real change.

The system here is just Keeping the masses sedated and comfortable enough so that we never reach a boiling point. By 2016 elections this shyt won't be an issue.
