Because the concept only applies based on the laws your bloodline established.

Doesnt matter if you are born in London or Georgia or Timbuktu of you carry the name of a certain group then you are part of that tribe.

And black is a race not ethnicity. The laws of my ancestors dont apply to someone not of my tribe.

Culture is created via proximity. My statement is that ethnic/tribal culture transends national culture. I’m not saying it is greater I am saying it is not limited by nationality
