Just checked and it’s been patched since jump street. I can’t tell any difference. Odyssey’s fps patch was a huge difference.

Download the game and it runs in 60 frames. Ever since I first heard Ubisoft was boosting their games back in December I followed Origins to see when it would get that update. Evidently it happened back in July I believe so when I posted that message I had just checked for myself and ran through the first hour.
Even in the settings it doesn’t tell you it’s basically running in performance mode
