Usually eating within a an 8 hour or lesser window. What is this? A series of timed intervals during which you can't eat anything or something else?
I would caution against it for women.

Based on fact no. Shorter eating window tends to blunt hunger and make it less likely to eat more cals.Yeah, that seems like a harsh shock to the system. I'm guessing it's to rewire metabolism though?
No and I wouldn’t worry about itI stop eating at 6 and dont again until 7 or something the next day does that count
Yeah I just implemented Keto with the IF about a month or so ago.Been doing it for years, like a few have said in here the "magic" is when your NOT eating as your body has time to burn stored food.
The ultimate is Keto with IF

The only downside is the keto flu I get for a day or two. But I lose about 5-8 lbs in a week each time I implement the keto with IF. With the keto I'm less hungry, and no cravings for sugar which has been a guilty pleasure all year but I have still been able to drop 110lbs in less than a year doing IF mainly....
Thats crazy, well done man, whats your goal?
Yeah its fat which is making you feel full and satisfied, it took me ages to get my head around how eating tons of fat can make you lose fat lol - but done my research.
Dr Jason Fung is a LEGEND you seen his videos, explains the scientific facts so easy.
For years I was always on cals in v cals out, that only works to a degree its all about managing your insulin as that controls what sugars you are using - glycogen or fat stores. Once I knew about that and reduced my carbs, "all kinds of fat just melted of me"
When I tell coworkers or even my friends what I do, they look at me strange whilst having some fat outta shape body lol - "you need breakfast"
I have been doing TKD lately as I am increasing my workouts and intensity, so I carb up 30 mins before I go gym. I dont go mad, usually just some oats so like 30g of carbs.
