what is your vision for the restaurantā€™s market? like what is the context where you see your customers going there? a quick, easy meal? more of a sit down night out place?

i think you want to determine that because if you are going to try to keep costs low, it might be expensive to have a bunch of different options. and as a new place, you are also trying to establish an identity. is it easier to do that as a place that has burgers, fried chicken, fish, wings, and have them all be good and respectable? unless you are really confident you (and more importantly, your employees) can do a great job on all of those, it might be better to focus on being known and reputable for one or two of them.

i would also try to do something a little more unique with the salad option, or have some other strong vegetarian option. thats a fairly big market depending on what part of the country youre in and you want something that will draw them in too
