A lot of people here drank the kool aid an long time ago and ain't really hiding it this time. I don't see a problem giving the democrat party constructive criticism, but at this point, they're damn near asking for them to become republican lite which won't work either. Should they focus on the people more? Yes. Should they stop pandering to the rich? Also, yes. However, so long as we're stuck with a two party system, it's easier said than done :francis:

Good vs evil Breh.

The "Libs" wouldn't be the "Libs"

(LIBERAL. LIBERTY. FREEDOM. FOR ALL)

if they were conservative and acting like conservatives.

:jbhmm:Here question I have always want to ask any time I see someone use that talking point do you believe the same Mexicans would have vote for a black biracial Mexican woman:mjpls: because the woman they vote for lack of me not knowing the technical term is as close to white as you can get:mjpls:
It doesn't matter if America wouldn't even vote for the whitest woman of all time because she refused to acknowledge how disillusioned and angry the population was with the status quo. Democrats don't even talk like normal people anymore. They constantly speak with corporate buzzwords because they don't actually want to risk anything.

They're comfortable with their six figure salaries and don't want to rock the boat. Donald Trump is a liar and piece of shyt, but he seems to GENUINELY believe in the evil shyt he's doing. People call him stupid. He's not stupid, he is cruel, evil and enjoys hurting people. His base resonates with that because they're the same way and many white Americans relish in the knowledge that others are suffering worse than them.

The democrats seem to think people want the status quo. When you spend your time talking to people making more than 100k a year, their priorities become your priorities. Now we're at a point where even the donors are sick of these guys not doing anything meaningful besides having "conversations"

The good thing about the loss of money is that it will chase off all the clowns who are only in it because they want to eat off those donor funds and transition into a board of directors position at some company where they can earn even more money or get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to give speeches and give the dumbest takes you've ever heard as a guest on news shows. Maybe it will force them to scatter away like cockroaches in the light while the true liberals step in and start talking seriously about people's real problems and offering substantial changes.

They also need to stop putting social issues that less than 1% of the population are pushing for at the forfront of their campaigns messaging. So, stop it with the push for over 1k genders, calling mothers birthing people, and supporting the attempts by mentally ill male athletes to compete with females.

Return back to a message of being for the middle and working classes. Drop all of the pro-deviant messaging they seem to be on about these past 20 years.

How about racial, especially pro-Black policy?

Agree that Dems need to focus on kitchen-table issues but we can't expect them to ignore Chauncey but then rise up for Jamal. We've seen that even the most liberal whites/Asians/Latinos will sink the whole country if anyone promises Blacks so much as a bag of Doritos.

LGBTQ issues are loser issues to the average breh.....same as Black issues are loser issues to the average non-Black. That's a slippery slope we gotta navigate carefully.

I get what you mean by that we dont want a compromise of 1877 2.0 :mjpls: to go down because @Uachet I see you know these political partys dont have a problem with selling us down the river in order to win the :mjpls: vote.
The Compromise of 1877 was an informal agreement that resolved the disputed 1876 presidential election, allowing Rutherford B. Hayes to become president in exchange for the withdrawal of federal troops from the South, effectively ending the Reconstruction era. This deal marked a significant shift in U.S. politics, leading to increased Democratic control in the South and the implementation of Jim Crow laws.

The Democrats knew what they needed to do but they were stubborn enough to not do it. They preferred to maintain the status quo and hope that a failed strategy would prevail this time. One of the many problems with the Democrats is that there are too many subsets of them. You have moderate Democrats, you have liberals Democrats and you have progressive Democrats. With the Republicans it’s just Republicans. They have different ideologies they might as well be 3 different parties. They even sabotage each other. We do not give a fukk about LGBTQ issues stop making that the basis of your agenda. Abortion is a niche issue yet they made it the 1B to the LGBTQ 1A of “important issues”. They let the Republicans control the narrative about illegals and giving them free room and board sounds crazy especially during this climate. Their biggest problem is that they hate their own base. It’s easier to embrace their base and rally around them than to be passive aggressive and condescending towards them and their very needs. It’s only so many times you can promise things then when you’re elected you don’t make good on your promises. It creates apathy and we saw that people either switched sides or just stayed home.

Nah, Republicans are segmented as well. You have the Rinos/Moderate Republicans. They're about conservatism, capitalism, and the military. Some of them are just about two of those three. Then you have the Christians/Religious groups. They're single-issue voters. They're about family values. Then you have the MAGAs. They're the evolution of the Tea Party. Absolute crazies who ended up becoming front and center of the Republican Party. The difference between Republicans and Democrats is.........(and please read this part).........REPUBLICANS VOTE REPUBLICAN NO MATTER WHAT. The Mitt Romney types, the crazy Alex Jones types, the Sarah Palin types. They will all vote Republican. Democrats are idiots because Progressives (it's usually them), Liberals, and Moderates will not fall in line behind a candidate. TBH, Democrats would be better off if we kicked Progressives out of our party :scust: You'd never see Republicans on social media telling everyone to not vote for Trump. They'll vote happily for Trump then figure out how to get Trump to do their bidding later but, Progressives have repeatedly and consistently sabotaged Democrats. I can't stand those bishes :scust:

First, no mainstream candidate is centering their campaign around these issues, but right-wing media amplifies these talking points to create the illusion that they are. This is done to distract and keep people focused on manufactured outrage rather actual issues.

Second, the idea that Democrats are pushing "over 1,000 genders" or universally replacing "mother" with "birthing people" is a deliberate distortion. In reality, gender identity is a niche academic discussion, not a pillar of any major political campaign. These are medical and legal terms used by professionals in very specific contexts, but it is not a widespread political initiative. These are exaggerations designed to create resentment rather than reflect reality.

Third, the claim that transgender athletes are simply "mentally ill male athletes" is deliberately inflammatory and designed to drive outrage. It ignores the actual policies being debated and the existence of transgender people altogether. If the concern were truly about women's sports, then equal funding, stopping sexual abuse in athletics, and addressing pay disparities would be the focus, yet these issues are rarely mentioned by those who claim to care. Instead, they zoom in on something that affects a statistically tiny percentage of athletes, and treat it as if it's an existential crisis, while ignoring far larger and more pervasive issues in women's sports. This selective outrage reveals that the goal is not fairness in competition but rather the use of transgender people as a political scapegoat.

Finally, the phrase "pro-deviant messaging" exposes what this is really about. Politicians should not try to satisfy people's religious beliefs. Your framing of marginalized people as "abnormal" and "immoral" is fukking foul. What you're doing is no different from how bad-faith actors twist other discussions to turn complex social issues into fear-driven caricatures to justify hostility. Instead of engaging with reality, you're distorting and exaggerating to create an enemy, because it is easier to vilify people than to offer something meaningful.

I don't expect either party to focus on our issues. That is the crux of our position. What I have noticed though is that they will focus on LGBTQ+ issues and even push policies directly for them, but for Black Americans they will do nothing but constantly discuss the issue and give speeches about how they understand our concerns and feel our pain. So no, neither side will be that much help for us. We will have to do it for ourselves. Oh and no, DEI was not a benefit for us. It benefited most other groups, only leaving us again in last place.

Instead, what I would rather the Democrats do, which they can easily do without angering all of the other ethnicities, is focus on making the lives better for the working and middle classes. They can stop overloading the services with people who are here illegally. They can stop trying to push pro-deviant policies, and tryiing to socially engineer children into the deviant lifestyles. They can definitely do those things, and still remain an opposition party to what the Republicans are about.

With a focus on the bulk of the population and the main issues that affect that population, the economy, cost of health care, the poor conditions of our public schools, etc... They will in my opinion have a greater chance of drawing back in people who find no reason to vote at the moment, because neither party serves their purpose. My people will always vote for the Democratic Party, we have no valid other choice. The LGBTQ+ clown show are not important enough to appease, at the expense of actually being able to help the majority of the US citizenry. The Illegals are not citizens at all, and so resources should not be going toward them, just like votes can't come from them.

You voted for Trump. You don't really care. This is just you trolling.

Now go on and try to deflect from this by posting some lies. You ran away from the last thread instead of answering for this when that didn't work.

Arent the big money donors the problem.

The problem is that the Dems are between a rock and a hard place.

They talk left wing economic policies, those donors would dry up even more.

Talk about status quo, donation money is good but popular support suffers.
I know we like to shyt on big money donors but in this instance it’s not the case

They were the ones that sounded the Biden alarm and got stalled out by the DNC until the noise got too loud to ignore

Big money wants to do one thing more than anything else …win

When it looked like Obama was about to take off..The Big money pressed the button.

Big money didn’t pick Hillary …that was the party making the call

Big money didn’t pick Joe over Bernie..that was the party making the call

Big money didn’t choose Kamala …that was the party making the call
