You have to be blessed to actually find a career that you want to do. Like I go through a lot of shyt in my current career, but the reward is that I get to experience a lot of shyt that others will never get to see. I go through a lot of bullshyt too but at least I’m not just sitting at a desk all day just rotting away or flipping burgers and shyt. I guess I understand people wanting to be happy instead of working bullshyt jobs, but man all these people out here on these corners begging for money makes this article seen crazy. Like people would rather do shyt like that than work? Rather drive for Uber and get underpaid than work? It’s crazy times out here.

I resigned from my job Friday. No warning. I just got sick off the the BS. Now the owner is in a frenzy. He offered to continue paying me for the next few weeks while I look for work, not knowing I’ve already been hired for a WFH gig :blessed: And also allow me to keep my benefits until the end of the year, if I agreed “Only to speak well of the company going forward”

Why create a toxic work environment, if you’re going to be in a panic once employees start to leave? :unimpressed:

I accepted the terms though.

Up until he stops paying me:umad:
My job was bullshytting with my raise. I get another job offer and they were stretching to get me a couple extra dollars. I get a huge bump from the new company and took the job. I put in my 2 weeks notice yesterday and now my current job can match the new jobs offer. Nope too late:umad::camby:

Everybody militant till them past due notices hit the mailbox. They'll come around and companies are banking on it
That’s why it’s best to take advantage NOW! Jobs are relaxing requirements because they can’t find people. I’d hate for people to miss out and let them go back to normal when these people have to start working again.

fukk those jobs and those employers. :yeshrug:

You can't lie to the younger generation and feed propaganda about home ownership, family life and the American dream and be shocked when they're rightfully upset over finding out it was all lies.
Right.

All these excuses ppl putting out don’t mean shyt. I’d rather starve then work for a bytch ass company.

Learn the hard way but you will eventually learn...

Finding a passion and learning to make money off of it would alleviate a lot of these problems.

However, people of all ages lack imagination and drive and get stuck at jobs they hate...If you can't find what your passionate about by the end of High School, you are just assed out...

Product of the crack baby and fatherless generation not instilling common sense or work ethic.

Enjoy living in the gutter grouches...
You shouldn't be talking, we all know you and the Cash Money Brothers were responsible for flooding the streets with drugs back then. We wouldn't be in this situation if it wasn't for you heathens :troll:

Easy to say this shyt (for anyone) when there are jobs galore out there and everyone and they momma hiring.

Wait till 2004, 2005, 2009 and 2010 type recessions hit and mothafukkas getting they asses laid off left and right. With lines for blocks of people waiting in line to get interviewed for a company with 3 openings. Oh best believe a lot of folks gonna change they tune.

A lot of these millennials and zoomers ain't been through that shyt as adults with real bills (home, car and etc).

I know this the Coli and we hate foreigners, married folks and Boomers. But, I give it to many of them boomers. Unlike these simple minded Zoomers, Millennials and Gen X kats. They understood you better save your money and not waste it on dumb material shyt cause when shyt go bad you most likely are fukked if you spent all your shyt on shiny trinkets. The spending habits of Gen X, Millennials and Zoomers are insane compared to past generations. Yes they have less kids, but all they do is spend that money that would have been spent on kids.....on material items as a replacement for said kids.

Finally that's why I been saying for years. Time is up in the next 150 years these foreigners about to take over this country. Cause while americans (White, black and etc) talking about they happiness as they don't want to work or get married or have kids or pull they money together or work together and steady being the hare in a race. These foreigners out here pulling they money together, working, working together, getting married and having kids they truly going to be the tortoise in this race the next 150 years to take over this country.

Ding ding ding we have a winner. Man I have been on my nieces and nephews (through marriage) on this very thing. sadly Covid done made some mothafukkas even lazier cause they either lived with parents or got checks for not working.

Especially in this “Great Resignation” or whatever? I applied for this job I was hoping on, there’s a good amount of overlap with what I’m already doing. In the 2nd interview, they said the opening has been around since last year & they don’t know when it’ll be filled so I took the hint that I’m not getting picked. Sure enough, they reposted it 2 days ago :francis:

At my current job, this management position has been open for A YEAR :what: An opening for MY position has been open just as long :why: Prior to that, My partner over my region left and I spent at least half a year carrying the entire load and filling in on some of his duties cause they “couldn’t find” anyone :mindblown: It’s not rocket science and they’re only paying $40k. The shyt’s ridiculous. I understand doing your due diligence but I been wondering for the longest wtf is going on. I don’t job hunt a lot though so maybe I’m just now catching on to how petty it could be. It’s like they want perfection rather than seeing a candidate with room for growth.
What’s up with jobs acting like they don’t wanna hire people?
Must be nice :mjcry: I wouldn't be surprised of a lot of muhfukkas are just fed up with the bullshyt when they ARE job hunting out here

EDIT: And oh yeah, that job I was hoping for came back and told me they weren't hiring AT ALL for that position :martin: :mjcry:
