Time is up in the next 150 years these foreigners about to take over this country. Cause while americans (White, black and etc) talking about they happiness as they don't want to work or get married or have kids or pull they money together or work together and steady being the hare in a race. These foreigners out here pulling they money together, working, working together, getting married and having kids they truly going to be the tortoise in this race the next 150 years to take over this country.
I can understand to a degree.
It's one thing if you have kids to support or your job is the only thing keeping you off the street, but otherwise there's no great reason to spend your life at a miserable job.
Until the corporations outsource and automate everythingThings are going to get pretty crazy in the next few years. If millennial and gen z people are having these big moments of refusal to work and straight up walking out of the job theyll have to actually start listening to workers. 10 people shouldn't have more collective wealth than an entire state or country. But yet here we are.
The demise of America is becoming more and more apparent by each passing the day
I mean the American media has been a complete joke for decades now, the government has been openly controlled by private corporations, and everybody knows it, but does nothing about it
The dollar is literally collapsing right before our eyes, I mean a bag cheetos is 5 dollars and people wanna blame gas prices on Russia like we live in Europe
Everything is more expensive because the dollar is worth less, and the US constantly threatening another countries with dollar has backfired, and this Ukraine situation is merely speeding up a process that was going to happen anyway when the dollar will no longer be the world's reserve currency because it cannot be trusted, because whenever they feel like the United States can freeze you dollars and sieze them.
Everything sold in the United States in made in China damn near, America is a nation of consumers who produce nothing, the pandemic showed that 90 percent of jobs in America are useless, and merely serve to fuel an economy that does not exist merely an illusion
Americans are broke except for the 1 percent, the purchasing power of Americans came from cheap credit, not productivity
Retailers will move on from American consumers, because Americans just do not have the money to spend anymore, as business it only make to cater to customers who getting richer not poorer so they will search for who the new consumers will be over seas
There’s no good solution to this btw.
As long as they combine this energy to be completely independent with Entrepreneurship, then it would be wasted
If not, they are looking for a world of pain having this mentality in the workplace
thing is, you don't have to anymore. ONe thing the pandemic has shown is that when pressed, these companies gotta cut the check. So many can't find people to fill jobs it's insane. Truly a job hunters market. Mufukkaz getting 13/14 dollars an hour and Mickey Ds now.....IN THE SOUTH.
Companies have allowed Exec Pay to get so out of hand causing a huge income disparity. It's now coming back to bite them in the ass as Gen Z/Millennials have told them the price of the brick dun gone up. You are not entitled to have a successful company. If you took care of your people and stopped being greedy, wouldn't have this problem and would have at least curved it.
There's definitely a reckoning coming and it's been brewing for decades.
Companies have far more leverage in the long run. We all know that McDonalds, Amazon, Walmart etc are tending toward automation. Not a question of if but when.
I wonder how honest people are with themselves. If you are an employee for a company and field with opportunities and you claim you work hard, why is this not producing anything?
At my new job, after being here 1 year, was promoted and currently being trained to be promoted again. If you work an office job and show managers you can add value outside of doing the bare minimum, and let them know you want new/ additional responsibilities, you should see growth/results
You clearly don’t know how the corporate game works.
People are capped at far then can go at a company from the moment walk through door by the bosses.
My cousin works a finance job. Another role opened up which was essentially what he was already doing and more money.
He applied for it and was expecting an internal interview, he was left in the dark meanwhile they were interviewing other candidates on the sly whilst chopping it up with him right in his face like everything was good.
When he asked what's up. They told him "we feel like you're more valuable in your current role" and hadn't even processed his damn application
I told him this has happened because they've capped how far he can go at this company and that he needed to start looking for another job otherwise he'll become "Old head Joe"
This is why Gen Z and Millennials going crazy with starting business and being their own bosses because they're now game to this type of bullshyt from the jump. Meanwhile old heads probably wasted 10 years of their life "working harder" for that promotion before figuring out how the corporate game works and they're capped.
no doubt. These politicians are too in bed with the corporations crushing unions and letting them get away with so much bullshyt. Other countries don't allow that shyt to fly except here.
