A lot of these people just wake up on the wrong side of the bed and start ranting. They don't understand economics.
To build, the first thing you need is organization. However, that's also the most difficult since black people are the most disenfranchised people. And every time we try to get organized - it's either they use some black people to destroy it, or do it externally.
Then you have capital and consumer base which are intertwined. Without a consumer base willing to patronize what you're selling, you can't really expend capital, hence you have to do a feasibility study before embarking on any venture. And when you look at it, most black consumers would rather give their coins to non-black businesses than the black ones. That's where the problem lies because a lot have tried and failed.
Before focusing on group, people need to focus on their own personal demons and decisions/choices. I'm sure Jason Black is also part of the problem because empty barrels always scream the most. We have got a legion of c00ns ready to tear down anything black due to crab in a barrel mentality, yet they are always the ones complaining about people not building.

2. Wrong. There's an element of every group that ain't worth shyt. When your community has wealth, even that worthless fukk can network and get a $50K working for Uncle Dave. I told the story about that white fukkup I know (been to jail 3 times AT LEAST), comes out and gets a nice office job each time because his family has money.
3. Wrong. There are plenty of people of other races going out and getting jobs, saving, investing, and passing on to their kids. You don't need to start a barbershop on MLKJr. Boulevard to make that happen. Some people are raised surrounded by fukkery, but I'm sure most of us understand we're not supposed to be pissing away our money, running up debt, and overall fukking up our fiscal situation. This isn't 1600; not everyone can go out and start a business and make money.
4. Wrong. He admits there is Black leadership, they're just not doing things the way HE thinks they should. Again, I don't believe in this idea that we're going to build some kind of Black owned sub-society. That era is passed. Best we can do is build up our neighborhoods and invest in our people, but don't think we can do it in isolation.
5. Wrong. That whole white employer thing is lame. The economics of marriage are a big part of the advantage. Married people settle down and invest in the community. They cohabitate so they save money on living expenses. Instant "raise".
