abdominal cramps, marginally better than EC on its own, obsessively drank water :manny:

i wouldnt recommend it

So you don't think you would've seen more fat loss with Clen than with an EC stack?:usure:

Whats up coli brehs i need help im 5'7 268 i work 12 hr shift

breakfast i eat 1 scoops of protein 180 cal
1 cup 0f 1% milk dont know how many cal



Lunch i eat leg quarter or chicken breast 240 cal
brown rice,mxed veggies



skip dinner


run on treadmill or eliptical for 25 min
and lift weights for 30 min 4x a week

is this enough i need help plz

i wanna clarify something about my plan:

I barely cook, i am a lazy typical southerner. If not for my live in gf for 8 months i would have stuck to what i was doing more closely. Cooking is where counting cals gets more difficult and generally speaking the cleaner you must eat. Even still small choices regarding what you cook with, the starch used and the quantity plated can make a difference

when i cooked i went for dinner rolls and easily counted starch. I cooked with known quantities of oil, rarely ate pasta unless it was exactly a cup of it. etc

it doesnt have to be difficult and set in stone what you eat. Just make a log of meals you LIKE. Then count the calories and adjust. Dont just pick food that others tell you cause you think itll work. It might work short term but as a normal ass human being i know what i like to eat and some of that stuff WILL get old trust me.
