ECA is just:
Ephedrine- buy bronkaid or primatene ( can buy Otc at Walgreens, cvs, Walmart pharmacy)
caffeine- any caffeine pill or fat burner (can buy anywhere make sure you take over 200mg)
Aspirin- just regular aspirin (I always get the equate version)

Real talk this is the best fat burning supplement and you can buy a months supply for under 20 unless you want to be a nice fat burner with it.
