Man, woman, and child
Detroit has shrunk to under 700k people. Memphis about to pass Detroit, Baltimore 800k+ and has been bigger then Detroit for over a decade now.

Edit: your right actually
"New York city had the largest number of people reporting as Black with about 2.3 million, followed by Chicago, 1.1 million, and Detroit, Philadelphia and Houston, which had between 500,000 and 1 million each"

Detroit is the biggest by percentage

Yea Detroit and Baltimore are the only majority black cities with over 500,000 people. There’s only like 650,000 here tho

The Lt.Governor before this one could've been governor but his dumb ass didn't campaign thinking he was gonna skate into office after being in a administration that did nothing but tax the fukk out of everyone which caused people to not even show up to the polls.
Say it again for the people in the back about the way we got taxed!!! shyt was significant. I paid 20% more in sales tax alone.

Now Brown, who didn't work hard enough to be governor is about to end up the new attorney general....

His approach to policies that will impact black people are well thought out, they will have complete control too under his governance, and most of these policies are reasonable and can be done, and have already been done in other states with similar makeups.

I can't link the PDF because of an extension I have but go to "Read the full plan" at the top:

I just read that PDF. Some goods policies. Remix of some old policies but still good nonetheless. :obama:

When you can articulate the POLICIES to attain those goals, let me know.
Personal policy: get into a strategic position, make attempts to get others into those strategic positions, as a group use collective interests and influence to benefit those who look like you, create economically viable grassroots organizations to control the political agenda of your city and county independent of the governor but have contacts in the governor's office that can keep an eye on state policy. This is what other groups do and it clearly works for them.
I'm not getting specific with you on public forum, you don't openly talk strategy. If you want anything further I'm going to have to charge you. Giving away game for free is how black people are here in the first place.

Chess is usually played on a clock in competitions, remember that.
I drop books for reference, read this one:

Brown describes how business and middle class opposition to taxes and spending limited the scope of the Social Security Act and work relief programs of the 1930s and the Great Society in the 1960s. These decisions produced a welfare state that relies heavily on privately provided health and pension programs and cash benefits for the poor. In a society characterized by pervasive racial discrimination, this outcome, Michael Brown makes clear, has led to a racially stratified welfare system: by denying African Americans work, whites limited their access to private benefits as well as to social security and other forms of social insurance, making welfare their "main occupation." In his conclusion, Brown addresses the implications of his argument for both conservative and liberal critiques of the Great Society and for policies designed to remedy inner-city poverty.
We're done here.

This is why i say folks like tariq are hucksters, he would rather black men shut out and be shut off from the democratic process, i strongly disagree. I think we need more brothers running for office at the county, local, state and federal level, run for your local school boards so racists don't get on who will oppose any sensible anti racist policies and efforts

Proud of my state, he definitely would’ve had my vote. Sucks I moved to DC now I gotta deal with Muriel and these cac gentrifiers. With the way Black DC is being forced into Maryland there’s a huge opportunity for Wes to really turn up and make the state the Black hub that Georgia is advertised as.

I lowkey think it wouldn’t hurt to do some development on the Eastern Shore. Dorchester and Talbot counties would be up for sale for all Black landowners since those are where Frederick and Harriet are from respectively. Maryland’s size and location makes it both manageable and advantageous to growth and development. Even Western Maryland could be an area for affordable housing as long as enough different industries could be set up there to help with jobs. The point is, Black investors and Black money needs to be at the forefront of this. fukk that diaspora war bullshyt because Maryland too diverse. All Black dollars should be going to buying up the state and we should be at the head of all developments moving forward.

Real shyt, but the only bad of his run I’d want Black Marylanders to have a presence throughout the entire state. I swear especially living in DC now I have such an appreciation for the charm of southern Maryland. It’s so unapologetically Black, that should be the whole state not just PG and Charles and Baltimore.

Great! Hopefully he can make some real strides because they are coming for Black men right now.

Ol TLR folks on that "both sides" nonsense talking about "real black men" being a monolith and being "thorough" with ignorance, swag, and disinformation
