GTA 5 for Xbox 360 was the last physical game I bought. Completely useless to have physical copies.

Everybody ain't a wave jumper ie skinny jeans, druggie music all digital put everything on social like y'all. I enjoy looking at my box set Blu rays and the extra material inside. I ain't even old no where near that.

I just bought a 4k box set for one of my older relatives . I just bought NBA 2k22 earlier. I don't need to share games like PS5 owners do.

Funny you say that. I recently bought Aretha Franklins Atlantic music albums on CD. Now I gotten a PS5 I'm looking to upgrade my DVD's and blu ray's to 4k uhd discs.

You can backup digital copies on a hard drive indefinitely. and you’d have it “in your hands” until you got rid of the drive, same as a disc.

The “cloud” just gives you a way to prove ownership and store the game virtually as well.

No word on if they'll be refunded but movies they purchased digitally will be removed from the service leaving customers that bought them unable to access them.
