I'm at the point where if there's more than 2 1 hour meetings in a single day, do not expect any work out of me that day and I'm gonna use that as an excuse for why i aint get shyt done that day on the next standup :manny:

These white folks man :snoop: . This scrum team been slipping deadlines since before me and my guy got brought on. I made a suggestion to the scrum master that should decrease that probability and he basically blows me off ( :dame: ) :skip: . MF wants us to be able to pick up more and more work but keeps assigning us stuff that was poorly estimated. How is someone who doesn't get their hands dirty going to tell me the level of effort for a job?

Yeah. We were paying offshore millions of dollars a yr and had project after project cancelled or didn't work.

With good people, you can replace 10 offshore people with 4 full-time employees. The 4 full-time employees may cost more on paper but you'll get good results( hopefully ), where as the 10 offshore people will keep delaying or can't get shyt to work and it just drags on. Now our competitors are beating us in technology.
