I've stated multiple times that I'm working from apps in the QA space and sent an email with the direct link to the app. Slacking me at 11:53pm on Sunday asking me which app has the updates is not how I want to start Monday lol. Getting comfortable with the fact that I do not like my manager's style of management and what that means overall.

Naturally I'd rather leave than be fired, but it's treading quickly into IDGAF either way. Oddly enough I'm excited about my future. Whatever happens in another 3-4 months (hopefully sooner), this won't be an issue, but I'm going to vent about this heifer TUHDAY

Bless up to all on the technological front lines, especially when servers start fukking up. Will ruin your happy hour plans for sure.

Rush someone to complete three dashboards in 3 months and taking 6 months to QA the data. I thought you NEEDED it so badly? This is why I don't put extra effort into the front end. Shift my focus to documentation so when you ask me WHY, I can pull up when you told me to make the change 3 months ago. Documentation makes my job so much easier.

2 Recruiters hit me up yesterday. One remote role HQ'd in GA and the other local, but hybrid and onsite 2 days a week. I don't want to drive to downtown Baltimore any day of the week right now, but I am considering hybrid with the right conditions.

There is a lot of money in the Federal contracting space. LOTS of it. I need to find me a veteran.

I’m doing a lot better in fixing my face and disposition in my 1:1’s, while I’m still not happy about who I report to, issues at our company are at a much higher level and he’s not the main culprit in this fukkery.
