My question is will I get paid for a regular week's work of pay salary and/or by the hour? If not I'll take the extra day of work.
Now if I can do all my work in those 4 days hours/salary included I'm with it.

so with my manager moving she moved the other dude up to run our team (i'm reporting to him), i don't like this dude. i'm annoyed, so now this changes what was going to be a passive "keeping eyes and ears out" into an outright job search.

I believe in the law of diminishing returns if we keeping it 100No offense, but you knew you had to leave. These people running through managers like a hooker running through johns. There is no security in that, this is just the fire you needed under your ass. “It ain’t that bad” turns into “shyt fukked up” real quick.

I still haven't watched the video but for the people specifically working hourly this concept would screw them over especially those who bank on OT.

Made the decision this morning to do the minimum work. There’s no path to promotion after this change and no monetary incentive to work hard. I will be logging off by 5:30pm and not checking back in…fukk them
