made a niche facebook page a few months ago so i could run ads for a shirt i was selling..only posted two videos on it the day i created it, havent touched it since and the page is still getting followers, likes and visitors everyday i took the shirt down off Amazon but people are still clicking on the "shop now" button. now im selling the shirt on my website and fulfilling orders through Printiful redirecting them there

Not a 6 cert thing but just got a groupon for real estate licensing course. It was $40 and the regular price was $275. Not bad for an initial investment. Besides anything to help me get out of the retail torture. I got one for my good friend as a birthday gift, who works in leasing and is going thru some problems at work with her property being sold recently. So something to help her out if things get bad for her at work. It was a Florida course but there might be ones for other states. I got a few other computer Groupon I want to use too. Anything helps if I can learn something to improve my future.

Miami Real estate is pure fukkery. Good luck if you decide to go that route.

I've realized that I'm in a dying industry but I'm making good money and this job will propel me towards more.

I need to get on my side hustle game and see if there's anything I can learn on my own that will add to my skill set.
