Mine is personal, technically. I'm a comedian. So I have a blog, shop, live stream, event calendar, etc. It's free to use once you're approved. I will say it ultimately took me 9 months to get my site in proper form. Fully explaining AdSense is like 15 blog posts.what kinda site do you run? I've spent the last few days searching craigslist for office spaces to lease while in my gut feeling like I'm too scared to make the leap.

Because having it at my house limits my clientele to just people I know and people my people can co-sign. I don't allow just anyone in my house. Also having it in my house limits my operating hours. A commercial spot would definitely allow me to grow the business to something that I could potentially do full time.Why rent out? If you can secure it for your house do that? Keep the money

It's funny cause I never think of the profit. I started and continue to do the business because I like to serve and help others get ahead. I saw a lot of people with talent without the means to get their voice heard so I decided to build a platform to help jump start their dreams at a very low price and high quality. The commercial studio dream is about creating jobs for people who are driven by being independent and building something to pass down to the next generation.If it makes sense it makes money. I mean this in no disrespect. Just don't do it for ego. Cross your t's dot your i's.

I don't want to have a boss forever, and I certainly don't want to continue to be so scared of failure that I never even try.
