Banking industry is where it’s at mane. Vegas will be lit for my bday in May :blessed:
That's more than my raise and bonus put together :beli:. I think my boss thought he was doing something when he told me the numbers. "We're getting you x% bump and your bonus is $y :smugbiden:"
Mhm, ok :unimpressed:
"Have any questions about it just let us know :win:"
Like yeah where the rest of it at :wtf:? Compared to last year, it really ain't all that much more.

Decided to stop all operations with the truck. High driver turn over and repairs got the best of us. I didn’t get a mentor till about 4-5 months in, and by that point we had made a handful of costly mistakes. Gonna keep the LLC open to let it age.

Gotta come up with 40k in lines of credit to buy ourselves out the contract. Get the title, then sell the truck. Then Pay off the difference.

:mjcry::francis:

The game is the game though. Gotta get out this jam and get back on the wagon.

Sorry it didn't work out, but it's been interesting watching the journey.

Appreciate it brehs. It is what it is. Getting a personal/business line of credit was out of the question. Credit was good but they dang near treat you like a criminal when you need capital.

They’ll give us 1-2% interest while our money sits in a checking account but lend your money out at 8-12% to other lenders. That’s the game though.

Ended up getting a card for 25K, 10k, and 12k. I know how to pull the cash off the personal/business cards so we’ll do that.

Gonna tie up these loose ends, close that chapter, and hop in another industry.

Dont worry about, that breh it takes time. As well you made the mistakes early so you know what to do the second time around.

Took me a legit three times to get it perfectly right. After I got it right those learning period because that's what it never calls them a failure, seemed like perfect lessons. Just shrug it off and get back in there cause when you get it right it's an absolutely unbelievable feeling. Being in control of your life and destiny hard work but worth it.

Best of luck breh, any questions we are here!
:salute:

My entry to the 6 figure club is official this month

We in there, but only just :francis:. This is just about what they should have had me at when we were negotiating (still under the number I gave them). I'd need almost another 20% on this to make the internal midpoint. To get that would mean at least 3 more years getting the top performance rating. Meanwhile other people in this market just need to fog a mirror.

I’m thinking out loud but it’s on my mind. Everybody and they momma claims to be a “guru” or wants to start a “mentorship program“. Whether it’s real estate/trucking/credit etc. It’s becoming the new age hustle, like how crooked pastors used to pimp congregations back in the day.

I’m apart of 3 mentorships myself and some are better than others. But the quality content has to be there. Not some beginner methods or stuff that really isn’t life changing. Guys are charging 1.5k-5k. And some packages run 25k.

It’s on my mind bc guys in one group I’m in will post on IG “Mentorship coming in 3 months:smugbiden:” And I’m thinking Breh, you haven’t done all the methods on yourself yet, but you want to teach someone else:wtf:and in our group chat, it’ll be these same guys asking all the questions that we went over months ago:wtf:but you wanna finesse someone who doesn’t know any better out of $2,000:dahell:

That seems to be part and parcel of the (and I hate this word) hustle. Sell people knowledge that in many cases they could probably get for free. Make sure they understand results may vary. It's just my personal opinion, but true mentorship can't be bought with money.
