No. The more you make, the more tax cuts help you. The less you make, while having an extra $20 here and there might help per check, does not help you in a meaningful way.

Also, that means services get cut that the poorer people enjoy likely making them worse off overall. When you are rich, you can self-fund everything.

To make matters worse, in the event that some blue states implement UBI, industrialists and businesses will just move to the red states that outlawed UBI, hence leading to the blue states becoming less prosperous.
