I turned the situps into a little game where I punch the air as I come upright. It's the longer planks that have me screaming bloody murder though. And the leg raises hurt my damn quad muscles!
I gave up today on Day 23 brehs. I did the 90 second plank and stopped at around 50 sit ups because these numbers are getting ridiculous.
I'm gonna start doing cardio exercises to burn this belly fat so I can actually see the abs I'm trying to get from these workouts. I already have that T25 and Insanity on deck.
I'm tryna do at least two more months of this, the results are noticeable and I ain't even finish the month or go as hard as I should. If I combined this with some of the moves off that P90X ab ripper shyt it'd prolly take my shyt to 8 pack status.
