Welcome, everyone! This is just a check-in thread to keep accountable to the plan and your workout goals in general.
Feel free to add on.
Day 1 done, sit-ups are gonna tear me up. Did this after 3 miles.
I'm also starting with a before pic.
any step aerobics videos out there you can link me to5.5 miles then this then 1 hr 30 step aerobics. Yup
going to start this today. can you link me to the proper plank exercise to use. Thanks!
It's just the straight planks - my instructor likes to do a 20-seconds legs closed, 20 legs apart without going down and alternating.
The step aerobics, I'll have to do some hunting but we do it to club music so it's a great ass workout. I'll get back to you with some vids
