whoo, I def didn't do diddly this month as far as abs. I'm back on it though. I need to print out this chart.

Day 1 done, sit-ups are gonna tear me up. Did this after 3 miles.

It's just the straight planks - my instructor likes to do a 20-seconds legs closed, 20 legs apart without going down and alternating.

The step aerobics, I'll have to do some hunting but we do it to club music so it's a great ass workout. I'll get back to you with some vids

These are good intros to get you into the basic steps and the tempo is good- obviously the higher your step and the more you involve your arms, the more burn you get.

One thing we do that isn't on the vids is go to the other side of the board- through a one leg jump/turn or crossing both feet on the board.

Our basic steps are: knee up, side-step (either have your elbow and knee connect, or do a leg curl on each side of the board), kick out, and hop over to really fast club music. The last video is the best for exercises we do as well, double-time= bringing one foot onto the board with one still on the board for about 50 reps. We mix it up a lot more than she does though, but you can choose what works for you best.
