I'm not really I'm abs dude, because i already have a strong core, but I've been eating really lean, lately. I feel like i could add some more definition to physique so i might join.

I'll take some before and after pictures for the 30day challenge if i go through with it.

I’m not even sweating at this point, I’m just hemorrhaging water. Jesus Christ the flood of sweat that came out after that plank was done. Keep in mind I be doing these after I do my regular strength and cardio so I be feeling like a furnace inside once I get to the abs.

Now that I’m at the end of the challenge I’ve seen a bit of a change in abs. Definition coming in, but it’s not gonna be six pack abs of steel after a month. Core strength increased and it’s a nice addition to the regular workout. Something I will definitely be incorporating in future months.:yes:

Figure it would be worth showing the month progress. The first picture was taken June 1st at the start of the challenge. The last pic was taken yesterday on the 28th. Like I said definition starting to come in but still have more work to do, particularly in the kitchen.

I've been keeping up with the regimen so I'll continue through the end of the year. Progress-wise I don't have abs yet but my stomach is taking the shape it needs to for them to form. I'm starting a massive salad binge and going to see what this smoothie stuff is about so hopefully that will speed it along.
