I do 60 sec planks twice a day…shyt was excruciating starting out…I heard more than 2 minutes a day is pointless tho…dunno how true that is…I will try this tho and incorporate the other exercises as well

Sit ups aren’t good for your back regardlesshmm I might replace sit-ups with these if I feel any strain on my back…I’ve always had issues with the traditional technique
You can work your core anytime of day, probably not right after a meal (unless it’s light).at my age and given my eating/drinking habits, I’m not expecting to see rock hard abs even tho my stomach isn’t that big…but I 1000% expect that this will strengthen my core as opposed to sitting down and not doing shyt at all
idk if there’s a best time to do it so I’d appreciate any advice…but I do this shyt pretty much as soon as I get up before I eat
