I do 60 sec planks twice a day…shyt was excruciating starting out…I heard more than 2 minutes a day is pointless tho…dunno how true that is…I will try this tho and incorporate the other exercises as well

Have y'all tried the ABC routine? It's where you spell out the alphabets with your legs :dame: it's a good core workout

finally started this (I’m on day 3)…planks are the easiest since I’m accustomed to doing them so I do them last…sit-ups surprisingly have been the hardest…I’m not gonna lie it’s gonna be tough doing sit-ups at this 30-day pace…but my core needs the workout tho

at my age and given my eating/drinking habits, I’m not expecting to see rock hard abs even tho my stomach isn’t that big…but I 1000% expect that this will strengthen my core as opposed to sitting down and not doing shyt at all

idk if there’s a best time to do it so I’d appreciate any advice…but I do this shyt pretty much as soon as I get up before I eat

hmm I might replace sit-ups with these if I feel any strain on my back…I’ve always had issues with the traditional technique
Sit ups aren’t good for your back regardless
I do the mountain climbs or whatever it’s called and planking

You can work your core anytime of day, probably not right after a meal (unless it’s light).
