I saw some posters are doing two days in 1, is that what we're supposed to be doing?
I wouldn’t recommend it. Especially since you’re building up to more reps and longer planks, I think they were making up for days skipped.
Already on day 9
Let’s get it! Fell off the wagon during Memorial Day, but it’s all about looking forwards not backwards
Just wrapped up my strength training and cardio and decided to start at the day 3 reps. Dripping sweat and feeling like a million bucks right now.

Finished day 13 yesterday. Boy they really start stepping those numbers up fast

Day 15 done. At the halfway point. Date night with wife so no time for regular workout. Glad I still got this in. Won’t lie tho looking at the rest of them days ahead got me feeling like I’m in gladiator school.
