Figure it would be worth showing the month progress. The first picture was taken June 1st at the start of the challenge. The last pic was taken yesterday on the 28th. Like I said definition starting to come in but still have more work to do, particularly in the kitchen.

If your body fat percentage is too high, this will be no use. You won't see abs and you will be wasting time if that's your main goal

i always had a 6-pack but i still feel like it’s not trained properly. i never work them directly🤔
They may already be strong, but having low body fat makes them pop regardless. Try to dead-hang from a bar and bring your legs as high up to the bar as you can. If you can do it easily 10x, then your core is pretty strength is solid.
