Just finished day 7. It’s been going good so far and I have been doing it post workout, after my cardio is done.

I feel pretty proud today because I was able to fight off that nagging demon called laziness. Before I worked out It just kept whispering in my ear “tomorrow is your rest day, why don’t you just rest today instead?”. I wanted to but fought through the feeling. Even during my workout it was saying “breh you had a long day at work, just cut the workout short and go lay down”. I was like :whoa: “chill breh ima hang out with you after I finish my sets”.

I won that battle today and I feel real good right now. I won’t lie cuz that demon can get the best of me some days, but so far I have been able to keep fighting back. One day at a time, forreal.:lift:

I'm not gonna lie y'all I have to start over on June 1. I've been really busy ripping and running and while I've been working out I couldn't be consistent like I want to with doing the full exercises besides the leg raises.

I missed wednesday so I did day 2 yesterday. Just gotta do 3 and 4 today
