The other thing that puts these into perspective is what a light year is and the distance traveled in that time.....and the speed
and im posed to care? Now I know why so many posters hate you on this forum.
and im posed to care?
fucc outa here nikka
fixed thatAnd yet people believe in God.
because he's more concerned with people fukking their neighbors wives and eating pork on earthisnt the bible the word of god? how come it doesnt talk about how god created those billions of other galaxies, and those trillions of other suns...and those quadrillions of other planets?.
id def rather see it go to NASA, but at the same time id rather it went to neitherIt's a shame NASA doesn't get the budget that's afforded to our military, imagine if they had $1 trillion every year for the last 10 years like we wasted on wars
Or the fact the US stopped pushing into space in the 70s, how much further would we be if they had kept it going for the last 40 years with a ton of money going to them.
I think it's going to take some kind of disaster for the human race to realize how important exploring space is, and what's worse is that none of us will be alive to see it when it happens.
There is literally no way as of yet to stop ageing breh. Hibernation will help preserve your current state but your cells will still divide and die with diminishing efficiency, so you'll still age. Perhaps when we unlock the secrets of suspended animation, we'll be able to travel a hundred years and still be the same biologically and mentally.WOW JUST WOW EPIC SO IF WE DO TRAVEL HOW WE DONT STOP FROM AGING
No, the goal of life is to repopulate and spread, going into space advances that goal.
As long as we're on this planet we can go extinct, if the human race can get off this rock and spread to other planets then the odds of our species going extinct drop dramatically.
Exploring space and spreading should be the only goal we have
We're talking millions & millions & millions of years here bruh, cmonIts amazing how small and insignificant we are in the universe. Which is why think we shouldn't waste our time with these needless wars and advance our species to explore the galaxy one day. Remember the sun is dying, not in our lifetime but still dying nonetheless.
same shyt. i cant believe anyone can look at stuff like this and think there is a god. isnt the bible the word of god? how come it doesnt talk about how god created those billions of other galaxies, and those trillions of other suns...and those quadrillions of other planets? or how about the fact that galaxies are still forming? in that case, shouldnt the bible be an ongoing piece of work thats routinely updated? shyt just doesnt add up.
So humans don't only want to destroy earth but other planets as well?
This an interesting thread just as the universe is interesting. But trying to look for other places to live when we can't even live right where we currently are is a complete waste of resources. People starving, wars popping off for useless reasons, corruption in the people that lead us but we should take that from here and continue doing it on another planet? It really comes to this breh. Fish don't get out of the water to attempt to live on land. Birds don't leave oxygen to try and populate in water. So on that same token, humans aren't going to leave earth and populate other areas of the universe. When they try (and it seems like they will) it will end terribly for those that try to. Tower of Babel anyone???
