I mean order as well as laws adds into that as well. Its hard to believe that laws and order (among other things like CONSCIENCE) came from something that did not have these things.
i agree

what i have a problem with is this extremely vague "there must be SOME creator" bullshyt that clearly stems from religion.

maybe there is a creator; i just have a hard time believing he made man in his image :beli::heh: that force would be WAY beyond our comprehension, so why bother wasting time with it :yeshrug: imo of course

There is literally no way as of yet to stop ageing breh. Hibernation will help preserve your current state but your cells will still divide and die with diminishing efficiency, so you'll still age. Perhaps when we unlock the secrets of suspended animation, we'll be able to travel a hundred years and still be the same biologically and mentally.

DAMN SO IF IT WAS POSSIBLE HOW WOULD WE DO IT AND DO U THINK ITS OTHER LIFE OUT THERE

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
You'll only drag the problems from here to wherever you go. What you think me you and the homies are gonna take that flight? Or will it be our leaders (who are responsible for the way the world is if we're being honest) that spearhead that trek? I go with the latter. Thus the same problems we're facing here will be brought with us wherever we go if we just try to ignore them or run away from them. Theres no overpopulation problem. Theres no resource problem. There is a GREED problem which again, will just be dragged along with us to wherever we hypothetically went. So even if it was possible to go to the heavens and live there without God, you'd still be dealing with the same problems as we do on earth.

And I dont know what a mudskipper is but penguins cannot LIVE underwater from my understanding. They may take a trek down there, but they're not going there and setting up shop like you're suggesting we should/can do in space. We're here for a reason and thats how its going to be. This is where humans were made to be. Sure all this star trek stuff is interesting and appealing, but its not going to happen. You cant run away from the problems you created breh (not you specifically but you get my drift).

Actually there is a resource problem, the oceans will be fished dry by 2050, that is the primary source of food for half the worlds population right now. You're talking philosophical shyt, I'm talking about the reality of the situation which is we will never fix problems here because some of those problems are a direct result of our nature. The best we can do is to spread our population around so that we never face extinction and can evolve to a point where those problems may no longer exist.

Your point about Penguins....

These highly specialized birds are adapted to living at sea — spending as much as 75% of their lives at sea.

They spend more of their time in the ocean than they do land :mjpls: A mudskipper is a fish that lives on land as well, they have adapted to their surroundings, like we should and adapt to the space all around us that is basically limitless. Just because we're made for this environment doesn't mean we can't adapt to others, I mean stop and think about this, we're literally 1 asteroid/comet away from going bye bye as a species. Don't put all your eggs in one basket breh, the universe is a harsh place and we should spread out to other planets to insure the human race.

There's absolutely no way there isn't a life form out there. I simply refuse to believe out those trillions of galaxies, only one Galaxy can support life. And even in that one galaxy, only one planet supports life.

I really wish we would find a life form somewhere during my lifetime. It would probably be the biggest thing to happen to mankind ever and I want to be alive when it happens.

Breh whenever a more intelligent being comes across new land of lesser intelligent beings, the more intelligent one usually becomes hostile and take over.

What do you think will happen once beings with far superior technology will do once they find a planet full of natural resources and inhabitants who are too stupid to realize they should have a defense system in place against other worldly attacks?:merchant:

You won't live too long to enjoy ET breh:mjlol:

The more and more I look at this the more and more I seriously doubt all the religion that's been thought to me.

What's also fascinating to think about: given how puny our sun is compared to other suns... it comes to reason that some forms of sentient life out there may actually tower over us, literally, like titans or giants.. or on the flip side, they could be the size of smurfs :dead:

Like if one of those humongous ass stars had a similarly proportioned planet just the perfect distance away from it that it could have a similar formation/evolution as our earth... there could be some giant ass human versions of us.

Tho that's not even taking into account appearances, like how their body would have evolved or adapted to the bacteria on their planet, or what would happen if they (or any creature/animal/alien/human) would be exposed to another planet's habitat.

Some talk about the future of the Sun made me think of these lists:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_the_near_future

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_the_far_future

We'll all already be gone by the start of the 22nd century section on the first link, but interesting all the same. Whenever I stumble upon those kind of Wikipedia pages, fast-forward to an hour later & I've got about 15 tabs open, reading about something completely unconnected

so basically the Earth is going to be fried like fried chicken at SOME point :sadbron:
