Our media is completely broken and actively amplifying Trump's bullshyt. The governor of Georgia literally said he spoke to Biden multiple times. There is no shred of truth to Trump's claim that Biden isn't talking to Georgia, or aid isn't coming. But instead of just saying Trump is lying or politicizing a national disaster, the media decides to turn it into a "he says, he says" moment with zero clarity. Trump said this, how do you respond. The fukk type of question is that?

The deterioration of journalism has screwed this country for the foreseeable future and there are no signs of it getting better. It's in bad need of a major reset.

i don’t expect the strike to factor too much in voters’ decisions when they enter the voting booth.

The effects of the strike, should there be any, won’t be felt by consumers until around Jan/February. Goods for Oct - Dec have already been shipped and received.

For 2024, with regards to availability of goods and their prices, it’s a nothingburger.
