Much of Nevada is in shambles and they are wrongly blaming Biden/Harris for it. I am hesitant to say Kamala has that wrapped up, it's one of the battleground states that I feel is a legit toss up right now.

But with the way Trump is trending, you have to feel good about most of these states.

The IRS union (meaning the workers) isn't the same as the organization itself.

Also, the union (known as NTEU) doesn't just represent IRS workers but workers from various other federal agencies.

It's too late for Maine Dems to change the law.

Also, Nebraska Republicans had years to change it since 2020. Changing it now this close to the election would be nefarious.
