Houston knows they got a better shot of keeping Bynum than they do Dwight. Plus "reportedly" Bynum has already said Houston would be a team he'd be willing to play for.

Yes it does, because J.Rich and Hedo wouldn't be the centerpieces of those teams nor would they be on the books for as long as that bullshyt Lopez contract.
That's the ideal situation. The Magic tank this year, get a high draft pick & then just sign someone from free agency (Monta?) and build.
