eating out is optional but commuting to work 3 days a week should not be a $40k a year expense

Depends on how much you value your time. It could be an extra 2 or 3 hours a day spent in traffic. That time could be spent with family, or sleeping, at college, a side business or whatever.

It's probably works out to be the same amount of money when you work out, car maintenance, eating out, and gas.

Not $40k. No where near. And some people bring lunch from home.

If you want to make that argument,

What about the electricity you burning at home?
The extra food you eating?
The urge to go out more?

Take the $125k, sell weight for BMF when I should be in the office, get a remote part time job, work at my own pace, avoid workplace CACs altogether, travel — and MOST importantly — never let any human know my location in real time.

Can make that $40k back mining crypto

Yeah that time could be spent on those things.

But what if you have a good commute? Mine is 30 minutes all back roads with no traffic. That's just as therapeutic as sleeping, reading, etc.

The median American commute time is 27 minutes. Not bad if you ask me.

I’d choose either Monday and Friday to work from home or Thursday and Friday.

You are less productive at home.

If I chose Thurs - Fri to work from home I’d get all my work done Mon - Wed then pull it back on Thurs - Fri.

Which job is more chill…

3 days in office tho is a decent balance, and at 40k difference, no amount of staying home is worth it unless the job is easy AND you have a side business that you could do at the same time to gross 40k+

Maybe it depends on the individual but a lot of people have social media and their tv on when working from home.

They’ll also make trips to the store, gym, food spot etc on the clock.

When I worked from home for 2.5 years, I was definitely not as focused as in the office away from all the distractions.

When I worked from home time flew. 2.5 years flew by and it felt like a third of that.

I also don’t remember a majority of wtf happened during those years.

The argument is if $40k extra is worth commuting. But nikkahs want to game the system and move somewhere cheap to make up the $40k. That ruins the enter premise.

Think before calling somebody a retard. And then you negged like you really making a point :laff: :laff: :laff:
You were the retard in class who slowed things down for everyone, weren't you.

The purpose of these comparisons is comparing the addition income against the perks that come with remote work. One of the perks is flexibility which extends to where people live because travel is no longer an issue.

Seriously, fukk off. People like you should just sit on the side when people are speaking. You're slow and arrogant. Because of people like you, conversations get derailed because time is spent explaining things others just understand.
