I’m learning it now myself. I got down to 165 and now I’m ready try to build muscle but I just don’t bulk up and build a lot of fat along the way. My physique aight now but I don’t want to be slim. So I’m looking and researching how to build muscle without gaining a lot of fat. It seems damn near impossible to build muscle on maintenance.I was in my late 20's doing that shyt so I can't use youth as an excuse. I had to learn the fitness game through trial and error. But you're right tho.
