yall do know 100 push ups everyday after a week or two..your muscle memory eventually will adjust and wont respond to the same push ups everyday...right?

I don't understand your point here.... but if u are trying to say that we won't still get results, I beg to differ

look back through this thread and look at testimonials from other posters including me

I did it for 1.5 months and my chest, triceps and shoulders were looking godly

Yep. The only body part you can workout 5 days a week or more is your abs. Anything else needs a day of recovery.
Push-up aren’t really a workout. If you done ROTC or been in the service, 100 pushups isn’t really nothin to sweat. After 1 week, muscle memory prevents any serious injury unless you’re just somehow being reckless.

Lol I was Doing 100 easily daily and never felt any pain. Pushups used to be apart of my warmup activity... I don’t know what happened to y’all to be getting injured but look on YouTube and it’s plenty of ordinary dude doing 100 pushups a day and not getting injure

That’s the problem right there. There’s no reason to do 1000 pushups in a day. You’re just beating up your body at that point. Pushups are “complimentary” exercise. I don’t know what your plan or goal was back then but it was foolish. All that energy you put into that exercise for muscle development could’ve been much better spent at a gym, I’m goin assume you were really young

I was in my late 20's doing that shyt so I can't use youth as an excuse. I had to learn the fitness game through trial and error. But you're right tho.
