I was in my late 20's doing that shyt so I can't use youth as an excuse. I had to learn the fitness game through trial and error. But you're right tho.
I’m learning it now myself. I got down to 165 and now I’m ready try to build muscle but I just don’t bulk up and build a lot of fat along the way. My physique aight now but I don’t want to be slim. So I’m looking and researching how to build muscle without gaining a lot of fat. It seems damn near impossible to build muscle on maintenance.

How long is it taking y’all to do y’all 100? I play music while I’m doing mines. I’m usually done in three songs. It takes me about 7-8 minutes to do my 100. Around day 30 I’ll probably start 100 in the morning and 100 at night.

After doing the 100 and getting used to it I've been doing 300 now. 100 in the morning, 100 in the afternoon and 100 before bed. It's addicting after a while. Most I've done in a row is 85, trying to get to 100 straight. Good work fellas!

Edit, I mean 300 every other day, have to let your body recover for a day.

the first time I posted in this thread I was doing 5 sets of 20. Then I moved up to 4/25, then recently I've been doing 30, then yesterday, I dunno I haven't been consistent with it at all but it now bumped up to 40 on the last set? That was pretty cool. Feeling a slight burn, I may do more / day but I am understanding my body needs a lil bit of time to cement the muscle memory
