100 Push Up a Day for 100 days challenge

Did over 100 pushups today was pretty easy and took about 5-10 minutes.

Did 25 my first set, then 20, then so forth.

Did body weight lunges in between during rest periods.

The chest pump from it is nice though.

Haven't been keeping track, took few days off after completing this, I've been doing a 100 a day again. Just part of everyday routine now
I say increase how much you do because your body will get used to that 100 quickly.

100 seems way too easy imo, I can do 200 and be fine. I wouldn't do it before a heavy, high volume chest day though.

What about the pullup version of this?

Tryna get my pull up game back.

I could do like 30 pullups in a row back in high school.. now I can do about 15 my first set :mjlol:

The mind is a funny thing. Been BSing with the 100 a day for a while and struggling to get it done, mostly because I keep telling myself I'll do it later. Once I set my mind to actually doing it, I quickly started getting up to 200 a day, and right now I'm 40 away from 300.

Gonna keep it at 200 a day minimum for right now and then work my way up to 300 a day and slowly keep adding on :blessed:
