fukked off yesterday and only hit 25. Just hit the 75 I owed myself and getting back on track today.

Is it bad to work out the same muscle groups everyday vs every other day? Don’t you need a recovery time?

Yes but 100 push-ups isn't a lot.

If 100 push-ups is all you're doing then youre fine. Would you want to do a full chest workout everyday? Hell no.

The key is to get your body to a point where 100 is minimal and generally effortless.

Even if you did 4 sets of 25 push-ups and took a 60 second break between sets you're only looking at maybe a total of 7 minutes of working out.

Yeah 100 isn’t a lot for me now. Like I do 35/35/30. But not everyday. And that’s along with the rest of my chest routine

100 in the morning before work and 100 before bed keeps my mind right. Coming back from the gym and doing my push-ups is the best feeling.

Can't do any pull-ups after the gym though I'm busted.

Been going since February, using a pull up bar to do them on. :wow:chest hard as a rock.
