Is it bad to work out the same muscle groups everyday vs every other day? Don’t you need a recovery time?
Yeah 100 isn’t a lot for me now. Like I do 35/35/30. But not everyday. And that’s along with the rest of my chest routineYes but 100 push-ups isn't a lot.
If 100 push-ups is all you're doing then youre fine. Would you want to do a full chest workout everyday? Hell no.
The key is to get your body to a point where 100 is minimal and generally effortless.
Even if you did 4 sets of 25 push-ups and took a 60 second break between sets you're only looking at maybe a total of 7 minutes of working out.
