Ah you don't need an example, it's the same exercise as the one Bivol does above, except you just put your feet on a box or chair.Can you post an example? I need to tighten up my midsection after this last month
If you wanna get the lower abdominals and hip flexors working you can incorporate some knee tucks too. All athleticism derives from the hip flexors, trust me.
