Blazers would be a really good team for Frank. Pistons is another option because his agent has a lot of sway on the franchise due to French players. Him playing off of Cade and Hayes could be interesting.

Frank has Utah written all over him. Gobert his mans and so is Mitchell. I can see him playing real backup minutes to Conley.
