i'm also not a dumbass tho, and can clearly see someone doing 1/2 squats like anybody w/ sense of what a parallel squat looks like :birdman:

So you'll believe dudes benching 400-500+lbs with no evidence, but Serious has videos of himself squatting 405lbs multiple times and you don't think he could go parallel just once if he had to on a 500lbs squat?

Yet, everyone who actually works out seems to have a problem with your idiotic hypothetical of someone doing 100 pushups and only 2 pull-ups. Nevermind the fact someone who can do 100 straight pushups will actually have some lat development since they do get hit during pushups, but you wouldn't know that.

Same dumbass talking about not losing strength after a year off from the gym has the nerve to speak on "falsity" :mindblown:

i didn't really say i believed or didn't believe that guys claims because it really didnt matter that much to me. i just took him at his word and remembered him sayin he played college football, so i gave him some benefit of the doubt. not like anything else useful that u could do w/ that information

even semtex believes him and all of you guys would believe any lift that he posted on here...

that guy is cool by me and strong for his size, but :comeon: again u cant be f'n for real if you don't think those were half squats. hell i squatted 4+ plates for many reps when i was like 160lbs just like that, but its not a gotdamn real squat and if he had to go lower you would see how big of a difference depth makes.

his squat video actually showed me that he couldnt squat that much based on his depth so y would it be backwards to be able to come to a conclusion w/ more evidence than on those big bench claims :wtb:


this aint SOHH. there are new nikkas postin on here now and some of them might *gasp* be stronger than the ppl on the old site. :upsetfavre:

My pullup numbers were wrong. Those are my chinup numbers. Dont know my fresh pullup numbers. I always do barbell rows before I hit the pullups. Tomorrow is my hypertrophy back and bicep day so I'll hit the pullups first. see what I get

i saw that squat video and he was doing like half squats to be fair:ehh: i don't think he'd do multiple and maybe not even one rep ass to grass squat w/ 405 :yeshrug:

:yawn: m3h I cracked 405 atg, a few times. I did it again recently, a couple weeks ago. I won't front I can only hit 2 reps of 405 atg.


I'd probably be more lax, if i had a power cage instead of a rack.....

Plus it's a lot different when you're in motion as opposed to watching.

m3h, I'm done stat whoring it, take it for what it's worth. That video, was when i had barely cracked 405, and I remember I told people, I was working on it and had not perfected it yet. I even offered to drop a video a couple weeks later. And the overall consumption was that it was unnecessary....

dudes in here doing pullups w/ 100lbs attached to em ( so can i :manny: ) and ppl being critical of their pullups.

of course imma be critical of it........ if u dont do it with proper form it dont count

Moving weights slowly is sub-optimal. When you lift "heavy" weights (~90%+ intensity) the movement itself may be slow, but you are applying a lot of force to move that weight. Try and squat/bench/DL/etc your max with a forced slow motion and see if you can still lift it. The effort you put into moving your heavy weights should also be applied to your light weights as well (esp if you care about power and strength).

Just hit 35 pushups. Probably could do more but I'm pretty tired...

Last time I checked I could 10 straight pull ups. Probably could do more as well because I work out prior to doing the PU's.

Bro doesn't it hurt to do squats with no padding? I'm no bytch or anything but that's what stopped me from squatting. No padding = killing your shoulders.

i wasn't tryin to personally attack you, but i wasn't feelin ppl bein all critical of "new nikkas" but then not applyin the same standards to themselves

hawaii gotta do super slow arnold schwarzenegger pullups and ppl cant bench more than you "regulars" w/o being liars, but then you have a video doing "less than perfect" squats(where's the slow controlled form and proper range of motion yall so espouse? :comeon: and ppl slobbin you off like its textbook form and that you can squat 5 and 600pounds :heh:(i hope u can do 500 1 day if u chose to).

i don't care about the stat whoring crap either, everyone has their own strengths and limitations. the whole point is to become the best YOU possible.

We can believe what we want and if you dudes really are hitting those #s then props but dudes are saying they are benching 300+, squatting 400+ and deadlifting 500+ without proof and EVERY phone out today can take video.

Let's not forget dudes were running around using other peoples pics and having the nerve to argue about others routines and shyt not too long ago.

So until I see vids it's to the bushes with these ducktales. :birdman:

padding doesn't do much for me, it's like wearing a condom, it's actually an annoyance. I have yet to exhibit any problems with my shoulders.
