If this dude came to the US and played in the NFL as a strong safety or an RB
he would get his ass embarrassed by ppl that actually know how to play football

Damn if this sh*t is unbelievable, I should have tried out for the Olympics. Never knew my stats were elite(above average)....
If you need a vid ask......
he squatted 405 for 10 reps that would put his max at damn near 600. That's amazing at any weight, but at his weight it's spectacular and damn near unheard of.You have vids squatting 400+lbs, you are elite and never once doubted you, the majority of these other dudes are beyond belief.
Look at the "how much do you bench" thread now, the gym is being flooded by a bunch of new nikkas who you know have never touched a weight and just throw numbers out.

care to explain this more? is it only for pull-ups or everything bodyweight? what about lifting weights (which include weighted pullups/dips)?
lifting slow is horrible if you care about power/strength (i.e. dynamic effort, westside conjugate method, classical lifts)
i don't do pushups that often, when i do, i do them in sets of 25. i guess i'd max out somewhere 35-40ish?
pullup max
bw- 12
bw+25- 8
bw+45- 6

i saw that squat video and he was doing like half squats to be fair
he still scrawng tho....
if pushups don't even correlate to how much you can bench press, then y the hell would it correlate to how many pullups you can do
i remember when i was a teenager doing like 70+pushups or what the hell ever and i swore i was strong, but i had never lifted weights so if i had tried to bench 200lbs i would have crushed my chest
your body adapts to what you are doing and will regress somewhat if you stop doing something too
