Im just saying breh! At my best I was doing 80-90 perfect form push ups and still maxing out at 12 dead man hand pull ups. I do.t see how a nikka barely doing 50 push up is doing 20 to 30 pull up breh! Is it possible? yes. probable? highly unlikely

I did only calisthenics for like a year so thats how I can do alot of pull ups. Before that I was doing weights & could barely do 5 pull ups. So yeah, some of these nikkas numbers lookin suspect :usure:

Pushups - in a consistent motion, 45. If I strictly tried to max out and not worry about how slow I'm going, about 75-80

Pull Ups - I do like 2 reps of 15 everyday. If I only did one set and it was the first thing I did, I'm sure I can exceed 20.

yep, effective pull-ups should be done slow....

care to explain this more? is it only for pull-ups or everything bodyweight? what about lifting weights (which include weighted pullups/dips)?

lifting slow is horrible if you care about power/strength (i.e. dynamic effort, westside conjugate method, classical lifts)
