She's got a point.But I can honestly say, being ugly made me a better person.
Instead of being the center of social circles and
off my looks...I hit the books young and expanded my horizons by accumulating knowledge.

I think it'is your duty and responsibility to find an attractive person to mate with to almost ensure that your kid won't grow up to be ugly.

1) Both of my parents were attractive in their prime. Mama was a very pretty light bright, father was handsome and chocolate, and I'm a blend of both with my fathers complexion.
2) On average, boys look like their mothers and girls look like their fathers. Of course the opposite happens, but chances are if I have a son, he will look more like me.
3) People forget that when you mix DNA, your going back at least 2-3 generations on both sides and you honestly can't predict who that child will look like. You thinking it will look like you or the mom and it'll come out looking like his/her great granddad from the fathers side. Its a gamble. In the end you just have to be grateful with the little person God blessed you with.
Also, ugly men get women. My friends and family growing up entertained some oogly ninjas. What those men had tho was appeal...well dressed, well groomed, easy to talk to, friendly with us kids ( when I was young some would gives us dollars and treat us with candy, ice cream and snacks), funny...eventually you stop seeing the ugly but the characteristics that you like. My cousin had a female friend that legit looked like Jamie Fox's character Wanda from ILC, but she had nice body and was a sweetheart and she still got dates. She's in her 40's now and is actually attractive. She grew into her looks. Ugly is superficial, character is what really defines you and the person judging you.
