I'm thinking the same probably didn't like the info they got from Kingsbury about Caleb

But we'll see

I will elaborate even more. I don't think that it has anything to do with Caleb Williams.
I think that you pick that guy as the offensive coordinator after seeing the success that he had with Geno Smith. The thinking is probably is that he can get Fields to the next level.

Btw everyone assumes that Williams will be great, but as we have seen the draft is a crap shoot. He might be great or he end up average. Fields is a known commodity to the Bears and despite a terrible offensive coordinator the Bears were still in position to make the playoffs. These changes might be the difference, now watch the Bears screw around and draft Caleb Williams rather than Marvin Harrison Jr.

Man if they really believe and Justin I need them to go all the way with it, no half stepping

Still pick a qb in the later rounds though

now that we got an OC, what are the bears gonna do for a DC? no one has really mentioned this, rightfully so given how bad luke getsy was.

Baby Gronk.

But didn't Kmet just get an extension?
yeah he did, they are def different types of TE's though and Waldron runs a good deal of 12 personnel so it would work. Bowers looks like he will be an elite playmaker, if Nabers & Odunze are both off the board at 9, it makes sense

Good hire. The Seahawks have done a lot of interesting things schematically through the air. That plus Geno's aggressiveness and this is pretty good.
I like the hire, the work he did with Geno Smith speaks for itself. I still need the Bears to draft a QB at no. 1, let him sit a few years if need be but we need to be drafting a big time passing QB at no. 1 this year.
