Regardless of who we want to be the oc and head coach

I think I trust Kevin Warren and Ryan poles to make the right decision so maybe this is a good hire

tons of experience as a playcaller. spent a ton of time in Mcvay/Shanny system. helped unlocked Geno. seems like a good hire on paper and sounds like he was their top target - so its good they are able to get the guy they wanted most

Waldron was effectively my second choice after EB so this I can tolerate. :ehh: Proven work with Wilson and with Geno.

Seems like the Bears sidestepped the "my boys" mentality hiring and got someone with proven experience. Remember, that falling in love nonsense between Poles and Flus was the same between Flus and Getsy and got Getsy hired.

Now, let's hope they don't get a soft DC. Flores would be the pick for me, but I think that's less likely than EB for OC.

Is Fangio willing to leave Miami? :lolbron:

Good hire. The Seahawks have done a lot of interesting things schematically through the air. That plus Geno's aggressiveness and this is pretty good.

I think this hire indicates that they are sticking with Fields. A Kingsbury hire would have probably indicated drafting Caleb Williams.
