Every single mcu film is garbage when you think about what they could have been.
Between fukking up mandarin and ultron disney doesnt deserve to have marvel characters. But it also goes to show that most audiences are misinformed and obviously dont care about the source materialbetween fukking up galactus and so many xmen characters fox doesn't deserve to have marvel characters. Everyone's talking about Cyclops and Storms portrayals, but goddamn Anna Paquin as Rogue actually challenges Berry as Storm as the G O A T miscast in a comic book movie@Free Max B you might have been right on there actually being worse than Berry
They did the character just as dirty as Cyclops and and Storm, but aint no way was Anna Paquin fit for the role, especially at the time. Rogue one of the strongest X-MEN and female characters made into a timid weakling who can't do anything and essentially Jubilee
No Miss marvel in this universe for her to get her flight and super strength from

You answered your own question. Studios only care about money. They don't care about "doing it right". As long as people continue to financially support these films, these studios are going to continue making them they way they want to. Comic book fans only make a very small percentage of film audiences. And regardless of how unfaithful to the comics the movies are, those geeks are still gonna go pay and see themAnd the studios only care about money. If you can't do it right then why bother at all.

Nah she could have had the powers off the bat with no explanation like the rest off the mutants in the first film. Ms Marvel wasn't needed. Could have even alluded to her having taking the powers from a character who isn't named but pretty much fits Ms Marvels description. Instead they removed them, made her weak, timid, shy and pretty much into a Jubilee/Kitty Pride stand In
