They still fukked up the timeline when you account for the fact that 20 YEARS have pasted and everyone from first class looks the same age :dead:

Movie was so bad it didnt even matter,i could tell i was watching the franchise be blown up,at least i hope i was....only good part about the movie is i was vindicated and Alexandria Shipp was actually one of the best things about the movie:banderas:

Couple coli posters still owe me an apology on thay note:sas1:

I think with the popularity of Deadpool,Fox now sees what they have with Xmen and that its easily bigger than the avengers as a franchise if done right...they will now try to get it right and give fans what thhey want.

They already showing me that with this whole Logan movie....too bad you dont own the rights to enough of the characters to make that movie not be shytty though:mjlol:....wrong time to listen to the fans Fox:francis:

X-Men: Michael Fassbender Uncertain About His Future As Magneto

After a disappointing end to the first X-Men trilogy, Fox decided to (soft) reboot the franchise by going back in time to tell the stories of the main X-Men from the first movies, from when they were younger. Most fans would seem to agree that Michael Fassbender playing a young Magneto has been one of the best things to come out of the resulting second X-Men trilogy.

Fassbender has so far made three appearances as Magneto, in X-Men: First Class, X-Men: Days of Future Past, and most recently in X-Men: Apocalypse. However, this means that his original contract for the franchise has now been fulfilled, leaving his potential return to the X-Men films in doubt. It seems Fassbender is just as unsure as everybody else, with regard to whether or not there are any X-Men movies left in his future, at this stage.

Fassbender was a guest on The Empire Film Podcast to discuss his most recent endeavor, Assassin’s Creed. He was then asked if he would return to the X-Men movies in the future or if his days as Magneto are done. If Fassbender already knows the answer to that question, then he didn’t let on in his response:

"I don’t know to be honest. I haven’t made any sort of decision on it because I have no idea what’s happening next with the franchise to be honest."

This is decent. I got it all wrong about this. I let the bad reviews sway me.

"Moddled" (per Rottentomatoes) as it may be, it's a good watch. I could go on and on about how wack Apocalypse became...

I might have to check out BvS

:mjpls: Yea, right

That "Martha" thing is enough me to chill

Exactly

I really have two issues; too many pre-teens and twenty year-ish characters (I see what they were tryna do), should've gone older and more experienced

And, they overpowered Apocalypse to the point where they didn't know how to end the movie; I'm still trying to figure out why Psylocke, Storm and Erik had a reason to turn on him. I mean, they were imbued with enough power to overwhelmed them emotionally, to where they won't all of a sudden feel bad for the X-Men.

I legit though Charles would tell Erik, psychically, they the mutant Apocalypse was killing was his son. And that would turn him.

But, that fact in turn made the movie too long.

They should have saved Apocalypse for another movie. When you've got a bunch of untrained teenagers being superheroes for the first time, you don't put them up against the final boss right away. It would have made more sense to set them up against Black Tom and the Juggernaut, Arcade, or someone a little more lowkey. Or at least only have the heroes battle Apocalypse's horsemen, and save the man himself for the next one when they're more battle-tested.

And Mystique as the leader :snoop:
Obviously done just because she's played by somebody.

Not sure I get why people are saying Mystique was the leader. If anything she was just an inspiration.

I need to watch this shyt sober. I liked it when I was stoned. I was able to look past the flaws and enjoy the movie. Not the best flick, just enjoyable.
